About Me

Hi, I'm Gus Henry. I'm currently a junior at Carnegie Mellon University double-majoring in Information Systems and Human-Computer Interaction, and minoring in German. For more educational and professional info, go to the resume tab.

I was born in Wichita, Kansas in April of 1995, and have lived a half hour outside of the city ever since. I grew up participating in various activities such as 4-H, swim team, basketball, photography, and horseback riding and showing. I attended a small grade school in the country for eight years, before going to high school in Wichita. During my time at high school, I was involved in Scholar's Bowl, Track and Field, Student Government, Band, and more.

Our family got its first computer when I was 8 years old, and I've been obsessed with technology ever since. In spring of 2013, I received my acceptance letter from Carnegie Mellon University, and couldn't have been more thrilled. From that moment on, I began to anticipate the 17-hour drive from Wichita, Kansas to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to begin my collegiate life. Since then, I've been working to take advantage of every aspect of college life and education that Carnegie Mellon University has to offer. I'm looking forward to seeing what I'll be able to achieve during the rest of my college career, as well as after my graduation.
